Protect Marine Cebu offers a wide range of MARINA-approved maritime training programs, including simulator-based, safety, and security courses. Established in 2010, the Cebu branch pioneered the introduction of Management Level Courses and simulator-based assessments in the region.

As a MARINA-approved assessment center, Protect Marine Cebu conducts practical assessments for Management, Officer, and Support Levels for the renewal and upgrading of COPs and COCs. At present, it remains the only MARINA-approved Assessment Center in the Visayas and Mindanao authorized to conduct practical assessments for Ratings, specifically Able Seafarer Deck and Able Seafarer Engine
